Yoga is a personal journey with styles that can suite and benefit literally anybody and everybody.  I personally teach gentle Hatha yoga classes that are inclusive of all ages, levels and body types.  My focus is on a mindful and functional movement that brings awareness of breath, body and mind. I make sure that clients have a safe and enjoyable practice, guiding them with respect, compassion and humour always offering options according to their own abilities.  My greatest reward is to see the positive effect that my students experience after my classes.
