Yoga classes offered by our instructors:
*New*Meditation with Goats: This one hour class includes a variety of meditation and mindfulness techniques to enhance well-being. The practices take place in the calming presence of the goat herd. No experience is necessary.
Restorative Thai Yoga: The restorative class will allow you to relax into postures that provide a deep stretch supported by blocks, Yoga balls and blankets. You will have plenty of time to rest in each posture in order to relieve tension in targeted areas. As you get comfortable in these positions, the instructor will come around and apply Thai massage which includes palm pressing and stretching to deepen the stretch.
Hatha Yoga with Goats: In Hatha Yoga the poses are held for several breaths, leaving more time in the postures. for this reason, it is also considered a gentler style but we will offer you options to help build strength in your body. Hatha Yoga is great for beginners.
Gentle Yoga With Goats: This yoga experience offers soft, nurturing, introspective, relaxing, and slow-paced yoga that is well supported with invitations to modify poses in order to create a practice that honours the individual needs of each participant. These classes are ideal for all body types and levels of fitness and for providing maximum absorption of the calming, therapeutic benefits of interaction with the goats. No yoga experience is necessary
